Proposed 3D drawings for 1 of our resale units over at Upper Serangoon View!

The homeowner communicated a desire for a bright, uncluttered atmosphere throughout the entire unit.

In response, our designer chose earth-toned tiles, laminates, and warm lighting to enrich the overall ambiance, fostering a cozy feel. Recognizing the limited space in the bedrooms, our designer ingeniously suggested a combined wardrobe and study desk to optimize functionality while fulfilling all their needs.

Additionally, our designer proposed arc designs in specific areas of the home, such as the TV feature wall in the living room and bedroom 2's wall paint, introducing a contemporary flair.

This not only injects a modern touch but also ensures the house maintains a balance between minimalism and modernity.
