Every detail in a well-designed home has a purpose. It reflects personality, evokes emotion, and supports your daily flow. From soft tones to thoughtful textures, this 2-room BTO is designed to celebrate simplicity, comfort, and peace of mind.

For this compact home, our design direction was clear — create a sanctuary that feels both grounded and weightless. We brought together the Japanese sense of restraint and Scandinavian warmth, layered with the soft, soothing touches of 奶油风 (the trending "cream style").

This home may be small in size, but it’s big on intention.

Here are some highlights from the design:

• A Soft & Serene Palette
  Warm beiges, off-whites, soft browns, and hints of terracotta create a calming, cocoon-like effect. The walls, cabinetry, and furniture flow harmoniously without any jarring contrasts.

• Built-in Functionality, Hidden Elegance
  Custom storage solutions blend seamlessly into the walls, giving a clean and uncluttered look — perfect for compact living without sacrificing practicality.

• Textural Harmony
  Limewash walls add organic movement and visual depth, making the space feel soft, earthy, and handmade — perfectly aligned with the Wabi-Sabi and Japandi ethos.

• Japandi Influence
  Simplicity meets soul. You’ll see low furniture, rounded edges, wood tones, and natural materials that evoke a grounded, Zen-like presence — a nod to Japanese aesthetics with a Scandinavian twist.

• Gentle Curves & Warm Light
  Curved artwork, soft lighting, and organic shapes soften the space. Together, they create a visual rhythm that relaxes the eye and quiets the mind.
